Three fatalities occurred and at least nine others sustained injuries in the most recent Ukrainian strike on the border territory of Russia of Belgorod, as reported by local officials.

The deaths happened following a strike on the community of Maslova Pristan during Wednesday morning, authorities reported. Rescue personnel were continuing to search for people potentially caught under rubble.

It is the third consecutive day that Ukrainian forces have attacked the territory, resulting in many individuals without power and a minimum of two more persons fatally injured.
