Automobiles in Germany's City Found Covered with Swastikas in Blood, Police State

Around fifty vehicles have been smeared with what seems to be human bodily fluid in the German city of Hanau close to Frankfurt, as reported by authorities.

Cars, exterior walls and postboxes were vandalized, in some cases with Nazi symbols, they stated in a statement.

Officers state they were alerted late on Wednesday, when a man noticed that a vehicle in the Lamboy district of Hanau had been covered with a reddish-hued liquid.

The fluid had been drawn in the shape of a swastika, they reported.

Officers then found multiple other marked vehicles and building exteriors in the nearby vicinity.

Swastikas are prohibited in Germany under legislation prohibiting the public exhibition of Nazi-era symbols.

Police report preliminary tests suggest the fluid was likely blood from a person.

"At present there remains no clue as to its source; authorities are not yet informed of any injuries in association with the incident," they stated.

Municipal representatives announced they were trying "to solve the incident" and have asked to the public for details.

An important representative commented the attack made him without words and required to be solved quickly.

"This act affects the very heart of Hanau and reopens the wounds of the right-wing attack in 2020," he posted on a platform, recalling the murder of nine people by a gunman targeting individuals of immigrant origin in 2020.
