Arsenal's manager feels assured that his squad can continue to cope with player absences following revealing that forward Kai Havertz will not return for several more weeks.

Prolonged Recovery for Havertz

The German forward has been out for months due to knee surgery. Hoped to come back earlier in December, Arteta explained the player hit a snag when advancing his recovery and could not progress “to the next level.”

“Our experience helped us build a squad that is much more reliable and has more options,” Arteta said.
